The rapid growth of the senior segment of our population is well-documented. Over one-half million people join this group each year. By 2030, seniors, who already control 60% of the wealth in the U.S., will comprise 20% of the entire population. This will be the only age group in America to continue to grow after that. Today, 70% of home builders are targeting the senior segment.
